The CALL Cluster View: District-Wide Support and Year-to-Year Growth

For those that work with multiple schools—principal supervisors and external consultants—the CALL Data Feedback Reporting System contains a feature that allows you to view schools’ data in the aggregate. The Cluster View in the CALL System displays multiple schools and their ratings for the CALL subdomains. This allows the user to view district-wide trends—areas that are consistently rated low or high across the schools—as well as identify schools in need of increased support and resources.

This features also allows individual school leaders to compare view their school’s data year-to-year (more on that aspect of the feature here). They can select multiple survey administrations (if they have administered the survey more than once) and look for growth and/or areas that remain focus areas for improvement. Within the cluster view, users can look for item-level trends across groups of schools and surveys. The demonstration video below shows how to look at item level data within the cluster view:
